Thanks Squiggle, I'm back from the client, a straightforward meeting and the journey went without anything of note I'll send of the accounts etc to HMRC and Companies House tomorrow.

Yogi, it's raining here quite hard but it held off until I got back in. Luckily, what happened in the south east overnight didn't happen in this part of the country. One person tweeted "This is the most dramatic storm I've ever experienced. Intensity level just shifted from Jurassic Park to apocalyptic".

I hope Virgin Media do include Talking Pictures on their channels. Although I'm with them I have no intention of even considering their TV option unless they do include that channel and will stay with Freeview.

I've never gone to it but the well known cheese rolling races did take place today on the slope of Coopers Hill near Brockworth near Gloucester. The last race took place at 13.30 which was well timed as that's when the rain started.

I'm glad you didn't get caught in a storm, El.

good evening gang I hope you've all enjoyed the bank holiday weekend I've had a lovely time camping up on the Northumbrian coast! It was just the little break that I needed and I've come home with a small collection of sand, shells & beachwood. I like to make mini beaches in glass jars

*night owls* a pleasant day here, with one small rainshower this afternoon. This morning was full of screaming naughty children and several traumatised retired folk the day calmed down as it unfolded and I went to a lovely yoga class this evening

Summer, I think Squiggle is referring to 2 Thessalonians chapter 2. It refers to there being a great falling away by a great deception followed by the revealing of the man who has claimed to be God or greater than God and the destruction of those who are not true believers and that the return of Jesus takes place after these events. So the end of times.

Sadly not Summer.  A great falling away of true believers in Jesus is prophesied to take place before the Second Coming of our Lord.

The minister was an old school friend of my late brother and my cousins. The service was a celebration of my aunt's life and, the fact he knew the family so well, made it very personal.
