I was going to watch the other episodes on Ch4 On Demand, but apparently I would have to register and give them my name, email, and DOB before I can view anything! Not happening!

You are right. It does seem that you have to register and give those details before you can use Ch4 On Demand. The ITV player seems to have similar requirements. Why Channel 4 and ITV have those requirements and BBC and Channel 5 don't does seem a bit odd.

It's sunnier now than it was but a cool breeze.
Marks & Spencer seem to have a new range of cakes. I saw some clotted cream & strawberry jam scones (2 in a pack), and a parkin loaf cake. I've bought a Devon cider & Bramley apple loaf cake to try. So it seems that they are doing some regional cakes.

Those cakes sound yummy EL, I have seen the scones in there but not the others.
I have just been privileged to see a hovering kestrel right outside my window, he hovered for a full minute, wonderful.
