My youngest..aged 9, funnily enough...has been doing his history homework...he gave a huge sigh and said 'I wish I had been born hundreds of years ago' I figured this was because he wanted to experience the things he was learning about so asked why....he replied...'Because then I wouldn't have to learn so much flipping history.'

I think I swung it by telling him that his x-box wouldn't be there and he would probably have to amuse himself by playing frisbee with cow pats....it would seem he is prepared to suffer more history for a few hours killing zombies!
