There was a bloke on the C4 news who was describing Trump as a "potential flight risk", and implying that the FBI were already looking into possible preventative measures.
The big worry for us here in the UK is that Trump has already put out hints that he might move here to spend more time at his Scottish golf courses...

There is talk he may resign and Pence pardon him...we don't want him here, we already have one clown. The frightening thing is, he can still spout his lies and rhetoric on his twitter feed and people actually believe him

It does rather rely on Trump putting his trust in others - not something he's got much of a track record on... 
There's previously been a lot of argument over whether Trump could pardon himself, but that's legally questionable to put it mildly - even with a Conservative-controlled Supreme Court.
Kamala Harris (who has a background in prosecution, remember) has already talked about a full legal investigation of the Trump years, but that might be difficult if the Republicans retain the Senate.
Together, this all points to what many have been saying for some time: legal action against Trump is most likely to be primarily pursued at a state level - particularly ongoing tax investigations in SDNY - which Trump cannot be protected from by a federal pardon...

Biden spoke well yesterday BUT....if the Republicans ...keep control of the Senate,then most of the domestic reforms he wants to achieve will be stymied and he'll end up like Obama.....he will have control of foreign policy,but whether things will change much is debateable,however he looks and sounds Presidential,which is a great improvement on the last incumbent

It's not a new observation, but:
Any functioning adult would be an improvement on the present incumbent... 
I liked the riposte to Trump's "Sleepy Joe" dig, which was that Biden was called that because with him as President, the country would be able to sleep soundly for the first time in four years...

I think there is quite a few ongoing investigations into his activities, including ten obstruction of justice, his dodgy tax affairs, his campaign, charities associated to him and and his inaugural committee and of course he can still be charged over the Muller inquiry. There is so much, Pence won't know where to start.... I'll back Kamala on this

As a US legal expert I saw recently pointed out, the only reason Rudy Giuliani is Trump's attorney is because no reputable US lawyer will go near him with his reputation for lying, firing and non-payment.

The Four Seasons was just typical of him
In some ways, I'll miss the Donald. He has been fantastic comedy value and unmissable. I will miss Trump impersonators. I've tried to do a half-decent Trump impression and my efforts were crap! Trump has been 'the best ever' comedy value. He's also a bit camp at times. If he wasn't such a hate-driven racist and right-wing nutjob, I'd want him to be president just for the comedy value. "Merica" has ditched childish bellicose American exceptionalism for sanity - albeit a bit more boring but a better-governed nation.
Of course, I say all this on the proviso that Trump doesn't install a fascist dictatorship or launch WW3 before January 2021.
Obama's legacy was to usher in the Trump era - that should have been a wake up call for all politicians everywhere.
Voter lethargy and distrust in the traditional political system gave us Trump. The best thing that can come from his term in office is that politicians change their ways or they'll have something similar in 4 years times.
