I hear you Renton! When we moved into our house we were warned by our next door neighbor, who is fantastic, about the street mafia. They report people who park their cars slightly over onto the pavement, they report all sorts in fact.
We were told they go through your rubbish to see what you are throwing away and I didn’t believe it. The neighbor said he takes any alcohol bottles and throws them away elsewhere because they were gossiping about his drinking habits..we had recycling out (closed bin with a lid) and one of them made a snarky comment to my husband that he should join AA! Then I threw away an old cracked cat litter tray again closed bin and one called me and asked why I was throwing it away!!! They have even removed things from our can and put them on our front step because they told us we could still use them!
We feel like burning BOLLOCKS into the lawn!
