The three victims who died have been named as PC Keith Palmer, Aysha Frade and Kurt Cochran.

That link also has some information about the injured. About 40 injured from 11 countries of whom 29 needed hospital treatment and seven of these are in a critical condition. No names have been released of those injured.

The attacker has not been named. He was British, known to the security services, but not "part of the current intelligence picture".
