Part 2:

1) "…and the fall through the air of the true, wise friend called Piggy." – “Lord of the Flies” by William Golding

2) Becky Thatcher

3) Pennywise

4) “Northern Lights” by Phillip Pullman (The book was actually called “The Golden Compass” in the States.)

5) World War II (It’s about US airmen in the Italian Campaign.)

6) “Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus” by Mary Shelley

7) “Midnight’s Children” by Salman Rushdie

8) On an island, with Pan (the Greek God). The Wind in the Willows” by Kenneth Grahame

9) Pirate: Long John Silver – although as El Loro says there are other pirates, and I'm not sure I’d single him out as the “evil” one. Pub: Jim Hawkins and his mother run the Admiral Benbow Inn, but note that Silver also runs a tavern – the Spy-glass (I’m not sure it’s ever directly named as such, but the pub sign is a telescope).

10) His “Sunday clothes”.
