It now includes them writing to their customers who are unable to go to the Post Office and withdraw their money due to COVID saying they can help.
So i called them

You can nominate someone else to get ya cash
No thanx - Can you transfer my money to another account so i can pay for on line stuff?

So how do you claim you can help then?
We can issue you a cheque ... which will have to be taken to a bank and deposited.
But we're isolating
Can't help you then
So the sum total of their "helping our customers during this difficult time" is ... get someone else to get yer money
