Grant Schnapps is a self confessed "expert" in transport. This seems to be a convenient way of not having to answer questions relating to Cummings activities.
Schnapps does answer questions relating to Cummings when he feels it fits with his morning briefing on the affair.
Schnapps really does need a haircut.
Schnapps/the party seem to be wanting to twist the lockdown rules to fit in with Cummings activities.
Cummings reason for going North seem to be very weak when you think that London is possibly the best city to be in if you need medical or any other form of help.
There is another question that needs answering. Did Cummings stop on his lengthy journey north for a toilet break or any other form of break and in doing so did he and his travel companions expose anyone else to C-19?
As an addition to this ^
They can clear Cummings activities quite easily using two methods (assuming the evidence is there).
- The country has lots of ANPR cameras, interrogate the data to track where Cummings vehicle has visited.
- Seize Cummings and his wife's mobile phones, examine them for GPS data and also match this up the network using cell siting.
If he has nothing to hide and wants it all to go away, then submit to this.
