All you can do is follow the guidelines. Garage your mail with disposable plastic gloves - £2 odd on Ebay per 100 - paper, card one day, plastic 3/4. Don't touch anything if you go out. Wear gloves etc. ....And sing Boris Johnson's a doughball ten times whilst washing your hands hug
