Evening Both.

Nice today, sunny 23c with hardly any wind, got my washing out on the wall line to dry.

Had bacon egg and beans for brekkie.

worked on the greenhouse frame, removed the glass again this time from the rear side that needed the new section fitting, took a couple of hours, then i realised the supports at the rear across the greenhouse are set to 1 ft from the glass so will have to move those as well.

Lifted the Shallots, have hung them over one of the Asparagus fern supports for now, there is rather a  lot.

Had a BBQ for tea, just lamb chops and sausages, very nice though.

Want to start making food again, fancy some pork, prawn, onion, potato, chilli, etc but not easy when it's so hot any uncomfortable.

Trying some other milks for my coffee/tea, Lactofree and semi skimmed.

Mollie, I've found a reasonable unit for the hall wired type for £26.99 this one https://www.amazon.co.uk/Beok-...MYC05X9WNPT&th=1

You did well from the Auction, if the items don't need too much work then that ideal.

CBB starts on the 17th August, it's a Friday, can't wait.

Emptybox,  I left the heating on when i went away last time but i put it on a manual constant setting, but it was too low, something like 12c, it took 3 days to warm the house back to it's normal 19c during the day, because, you don't only have to heat the air but before the air heats you have to heat what is in the rooms.

similar as when you you add cold food to boiling water, the water doesn't reboil until what you put in has heated up to the same temperature.
