I think the next couple of days will be warmer still before possible thunder storms on Friday.
Got a couple of jobs done and had a look at a couple of other places. They are just beginning to show a little growth, so I'll probably cut them in a few days.

Yes I suppose it's best to leave your heating coming on low, when you are away in January, in case of hard frosts, so you don't want your thermostat not to work.

I don't think any of my customers water their lawns. I was actually surprised today that one of the ones I was cutting had quite a lot of green growth after just over a fortnight. But i think there's quite wet ground underneath, which obviously hasn't dried out yet.
Yes, they used to have a business teller's position where the paying-in/cash machine now is in the branch, so i guess they have done away with one person. But at least my branch is still open. They've closed a lot of branches locally unfortunately.
watched 'Inside the Factory' and then '999: What's Your Emergency'.
I'm also bored of Love Island, and I've never watched so much as a single second of it.
