glad you got some work done but pity it was made awkward with the wind. HOpe it had died down today. Hope your new customer is pleased with your work but what a good start if they treated you to coffee and biscuits. 
Well we certainly didn't buy a church official from the auction, so I guess your word is the correct one I was looking for. 
I believe the steam trains close to you are very nice in Scotland.

I hope your OH is having a lovely time. She did have an early start! She will of passed by close to where Emptybox is. It sounds a lovely trip. And Edinburgh is a lovely city. Hope you are behaving whilst she is away.
Now that is being imaginative, using your breadmaker for marmalade. Glad you enjoyed it.
Nice day today, quite windy and bit cloudy at times, but some sun too, so a good day to dry my washing. Daughter and I met with mum's old carer for coffee in Sainsburys so that was nice. Then this evening we went to costco to get a few things and had our tea in the cafe there. The dog enjoys the cooked chicken we buy from there. She even shares a bit with OH, as he also enjoys it.
So looking forward to launch night now.
It has been a long, long wait this year.
