19c today, sunny intervals, brisk winds of 16 to 19.
O/H left at 4.30 so it's been pretty quiet today, had bacon and tomato for brekkie as i had too many toms in the fridge and it's shopping list tonight.
Think there more Figs ready as well, they go dark Brown and become soft, which is a hint.
Might have a couple tomorrow with Honey over them and baked.
Made Seville marmalade using half the tin, made it in the breadmaker it saves standing over a boiling buckets for a long time, i left the top open though as the water has to evaporate and it won't if the lid is closed, i put it on the basic setting for 10 minutes then removed the paddles and set the machine to bake, i set the heat to 150c, it took a couple of hours as it doesn't seem to get that hot, next time i will try the Jam setting.
It made 5 x 0.25ml jars anyway, pretty simple really, have got the labels to go on the jars.
for tea i had a bit of the marmalade on cracker thingies with smoked salmon and Mango pickle.
Hope what you did for your new customer passed the test.

Not sure if o/h will be back tonight as they don't get back to Parbold till 9.30pm and it will be dark, she might stay at her sisters, she's not working tomorrow anyway as she's off till Sunday.
