22c today, cloudy with brisk winds of 13 to 19, rain about now and overnight.
Had black pudding and sreaky bacon for brekkie with toast.
Gave my neighbour a bag of cherry toms, have got a bag for SIL tomorrow with a bag of Figs and a bag of Shallots.
Cooked the Ham Shanks this afternoon, half boiled then roasted but needed more boiling as they were a bit salty, the crackling was lovely though, ideal

the biggest problem in finding the butchers was that 99% of the roads we couldn't find a road name so had no idea where we are, also so many roads change name as you go down them because they have been joined since they were built.
O/H an sister will end up in Edinburgh, o/h will drive to her place, about an hours drive, then they will go to the station, they start on a Diesel then later they transfer to a Steam Train, they will get a tour coach to the place as o/h's leg too bad to walk.
That musical play sounds good, Ray Quinn is so talented isn't he, he has done well for himself, but talent will always go far.

Emptybox, Yes, i have wanted a plate of Nacho since the one i shared in NYC with my lad and his o/h, they loved the Jalapeño Chili's as well, didn't realise it was possible to make it so easy, at first i tried to make the Nacho chips which proved a challenge, but on getting the kit all the problems disappeared.
I am hoping that HMRC will let me know what i need to pay, i suppose i could find what i owe and pay it ealy, this next payment is for 2017/18 isn't it, i might look where they say.
