Day started dry and quite warm, up to about 18c, but the rain came on about 12.30pm.
Got a job done this morning, but the afternoon was more or less a write off.

Yes, Government departments must waste millions sending out useless pamphlets etc.
The BMI figure is a fairly blunt instrument for telling if someone is healthy. There are other factors at play. Someone very muscular would have a fairly high BMI, but would still be healthy.
But I guess for the ordinary person it is a fairly good indicator as to whether they are a healthy weight or not.
That's good that you eventually found the good Butcher that you were looking for.
Your neighbour would be pleased with the figs and shallots, i would think.
Trains are OK if there's plenty of room. But if they are packed they are a nightmare.
