Evening both.
Cloudy here with an occasional hint of sunshine. Warm though, up to about 24 degrees.

Got a grass cutting job done, but a couple of other places i visited still don't need the grass cut after 4 weeks. I'd have thought the rain we've had would have been enough to start it growing, but maybe not?
On the plus side, the guy that was owing has now paid online. That means i can carry on working there, but I'll keep a mental note that he's a bad payer, and not let him get too far behind.

I also went into town to pay some cheques and cash into my bank account. The tellers were busy so someone showed me how to use one of these machines to pay it in. Quite impressive. It even reads the amounts off the cheques.
I think i still prefer using the tellers though.

Hicky. Glad the SiL was impressed with your rasps, and the plums are nice.
You're becoming an expert at this bread making lark.
Pity you have to alter the support for your grape vines.
Also that's great that your arm injuries have healed so well.

Not sure why the boiler needed to be reset? It's worked fine today.
I wondered if a little bit of dirt had got into the oil perhaps? Hope it doesn't do it again.

Mollie. The guy's house is quite reasonably priced I would say. It's already at a lower price than others in the same row that have sold previously. Mind you they all took a long while to go. I think it's because the houses were built about 40 years ago, in a style that doesn't really fit in with the rest of the village they are in. Plus they are on a slope, so the main rooms are all upstairs, which might not suit many.
But my customer in the next door house tells me they are easy to maintain and heat etc.

Glad doggie passed her MoT, but pity she has lost hair due to her allergies. Perhaps that might help her lose heat in this hot weather?
