Nice today, cooler, more cloud, 19c but sunny intervals, light winds at 6 to 12.
Just had bacon and tom on toast for brekkie, o/h went to her sisters, i got a taxi to Sainsbury's for a few items, also to pick up my meds, i was looking for the frozen RAJ spring roll wrappers, but, bad luck, they are have them in shops with Asian customers, so had to get Filo pastry sheets.
Made a bowl of Samosa filling with potatoes and veg, chilli etc with some cashew nuts and spices.
Cut a strip off the wad of sheets with kitchen scissors, but had an awful job making the Samosa's, just made 8, will try tomorrow with a square piece, couldn't work out how to do it right with the strip, anyway, just checked my model pieces and they work fine, must look into this tomorrow.
Anyway, the 8 i made are fine, very tasty.
I picked up more Pickle, icing sugar, granulated sugar, have iced some of the cake, got a couple of jars of Madras paste, more lemons as i fancy another cake, but must make the zest and freeze it.
Am carrying on feeding the trees, am over half way there, just 8 to do, all growing well, have to keep an eye on the vine as it want to grow secondary shoots from the leaf axis, only allow it 2 leaves, am amazed at the bunches, of course they haven't flowered yet, the Kiwi is coming into flower, have got a lot of the shoots down horizontal as they are so long they can't go upward, some to go, have to be careful as the shoots want to twine round stuff which i don't want.
Mollie, I would have sent the spare bread pan back if they wanted me too, but maybe they don't accept things like that back, i will store it anyway.
Only 1 problem with the pharmacy, the computers had crashed so she couldn't let me have the inhaler as she couldn't print the label.
Yes, i'm pleased with the watering system changes, instead of the 13mm black plastic watering pipe i can use the yellow non crush hosepipe which works fine and is best used in the ground.
Yes, this bread machine being bigger and with double paddles i am pretty sure i can put any recipe in and make it without worrying it will overflow.
I agree with you about Alex, you would think he would be scooped up straight away, they probably want a more rough type.

Emptybox, Yes, i used to write the programs in Boolean Algebra, and if the line of o's and 1's were correct the the logic output was true, of course ever input had 2 possible conditions, 0 or 1 and either could be true, the line of logic was sometime many inputs say 10 and the output could be an internal one and not going to the outside world, it could go to an internal state that could be locked on, in which case the bit could only be reset by a line of logic which could unlatch the bit.
The PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) are much more sophisticated compared to computers which fro most uses in industry would be a disaster if used to control machinery, the problem with computers is the n=memory, when it loses power it is lost, and to use that to control a machine would be a disaster as you can imagine.
The hardest and most crazy makes i had to program was a German one, oh dear, it really was a challenge as when you turned it on to run, you didn't didn't know if it would, it did that many checks first that it was a nightmare, it was used on one of a London airport baggage handling system, it crashed and took days to get the system working again, the make was Siemens, i was certainly glad when i never saw it again.
