You wouldn't believe it, after making all the plans to have someone in the house all day, the bed flatpack was delivered at 7.15 this morning, of course there was noone in, anyway the boxes where left in the porch, which was lucky.

Was fairly busy at work, just had Tomato soup and Asparagus spears chopped and sauté'd in butter with a touch of sea-salt and pepper, I had 2 breasts of Duck which I fried and sliced and had with the Asparagus.
Just had a Fresh Fruit Jelly.

Watching MasterChef now, for a few Tips.
