I've been doing a lot of pondering lately . . .

Is the best rap lick in history, "Don't believe the hype"?

I think it's the Run DMC's, "It's like that - and that's the way it is"

Why? Cos I think it reflects the reality of life - that you can't control it, often life controls you and if you realise "It's like that and that's the way it is" then you can learn 'acceptance'.

Acceptance can help you deal with reality so you can … cope.
