Why do we do 'DIETS'? Why not just a bit of decorum in our eating habits?
Well my decorum went south about 4 months ago EFFT ....and kept on going ....before hitting rock bottom in front of the mirror yesterday
That's why I do mine before Xmas it's so hard to get motivated now and there's still a huge amount of chocolate in my house
And in mine .....but I am trying to ignore it I should have started before Xmas too ....but I have to hit rock bottom before I can start cutting down Sweet ....

I hear ya I'll eat myself sick before I quit again lol
