Spent some of the day dealing with a mortgage reference for a client. Tried to contact the mortgage providers to clarify something and their phone number is out of action "due to unforseen circumstances". That's rather disturbing and I've had to tell the client.

I wonder what the “unforeseen circumstances” could be. hug
