I found this document on the Northern Devon NHS site about frozen shoulders. Although that's not what you have there are some useful general shoulder exercises on pages 4 to 6 which may help. Some of them are similar to the ones I had when I had that rotor cuff injury in my left shoulder last year and they did help a lot.
