When do the clocks go forward, is it the end of the month?

I have broken the winder on my watch, which means I can't adjust the time. I'll need to get it fixed before the clocks go forward, otherwise I'll be an hour late for everything.

The clock in my car has been an hour fast for the past six months because I don't know how to change it. My youngest son always altered it for me, and once he moved out, I couldn't be bothered to read the manual.
