I reckon I have about 50 grams of muesli for breakfast. That's about 25% more than a typical serving but I don't have any toast or cooked breakfast with that, and I'm more likely to have fruit as a mid morning snack rather than biscuits. I don't put on weight and am not overweight so I see no need for me to cut down
