To Hyacinth8, I'm not sure you can do what you are trying to do. The freesmileys site creates code in HTML and BB code, whereas this site uses UBB code. Look very similar but I think the code created includes variables (the bits with % included starting from cyan%) and I don't think UBB likes these variables, only fixed smileys.
There may be other sites which will work. I think they would need to create your message, save that message on their server with a unique filename and then you would create a posting linking to that image.
Of course, Fluffy or someone may have better ideas.
