Whilst Janeway was a very cool lady and Chakotay a great right hand man, Picard steals the shows for me with the Data sidekick (although technically I guess that should be Ryker).
I actually quite enjoyed Enterprise but could see it was perhaps the not progressing thing which put the kybosh on viewing figures and killed the franchise, although I do think it daft to kill the entire series because of it. I think Archer was possibly the worst of the bunch however, purely because I don't think much of his acting, for some reason that niggles at me because I can't quite put my finger on why.
