If you want to report an issue on the Social Strata site:

Click on the green Post and select Support Topic.
From Topic Type select Issue.
Create the post in a similar way as creating a topic here.
Before you click on the green Publish box at the end put a tick against the Hoop.la box under Service at the right of the screen.
