It's good to share  -  I also wonder how many people's everyday struggles, we all face, are being interpreted as major issues now we have a culture of 'mental health madness' - for want of a better phrase and making them think they need help?

Most people do not have mental health problems in the classic sense, everyone struggles, we all go though rough times and such people are hijacking centre stage at the cost of those with enduring mental health issues.

Too much education? Or not enough 'correct' information? I think everyone is terrified to say , "You don't have a mental health problem, you just need a bit of support to deal with your current issues which, in time, will pass."
