This happened to me - took me ages to get back to BT - it was a real mess - wish I had known you when it was happening. They virtually took over our line without permission and we also had to pay £100 to get back to BT cos they said we were breaking our contract

Lucy's good - you can never tell though... some cracking auditions seem to fade away by the live shows.
