I'm already doing it I did one in 2012 and it was a lot of fun but challenging towards the end. I did enjoy it so when I got married in August I decided to do Project365 for the first year of married life - coming to the end of month 5 now  I upload each day onto Flickr then at the end of the month post the link to the Flickr album in Facebook.

i can put the link onto a thread if people are interested? I will be out of sync with everyone else though; we got married in 9th August so each month starts on the 9th and runs to the 8th of the next month

OK. What I was thinking was post the pic with date, so you can check back that you've posted one for each day. A description is optional.

Cinds, therefor, is the only one who has posted for 1/1/15.

It'll be OK to post your pics a group at a time, as long as they show the date that they are for - I know it could be difficult to physically post each day.

Kaffs, as you are a VIP you can upload from your laptop. On the Post Reply box click "Add Attachments" This opens up to the files on your laptop and you then need to locate your picture. Once you have found it click on Open and wait for the picture to be uploaded. You should eventually see a green success bar on the File Chooser box.

Assuming you want the picture to appear as normal in your post click on the check box by "Insert all photos..." Then click on Finished and you get back to the post reply box.

I was thinking that anyone who is interested could post in a 365 project thread.

The photographs can be of absolutely anything you like just as long as you post each day.

So, what say you?

Same here Kaffy, but it appears to be working OK again.

Off to get the REAL pic for 1st Jan. I'll delete the fountain just now as it was just a trial photo. I might post it again later in the year.

We're waiting....

I cant remember if this forum is private? Like do you have to log in to view? Just some of my pics are of other peeps and I've got them set to friends only on Flickr- I've shared on private forums but not sure about a public one

I'm not a fan Cosi...but you know when they are part of the family you have to love then. the rescue dog (Star) would not let me reply on my phone last night, she was snuggled between my legs and patted my hand off my phone when I was trying to FB...I gave up  The dog won

So where's this thread for our pics EC?

Err...

I had an initial convo with Baz, saw very little activity and forgot about it for a while, meant to post, forgot again, been out a lot and finally caught up!!

Some interesting photo's (can I critique composition and subject?). Should limit it to one dog picture per year  only jokin'.

I'll have to stick some pics in then.

*goes to check phone*

Of course it's OK. With the best will in the world it's going to be hard for most of us to be able to post a photo, physically, every day for the whole of the year. Things happen, you or someone close get ill, even just going on holiday could prove a problem. Just remember, if you can, to date the pic.

Thanks Fluffs.

I was thinking of taking a picture of the same view as each month passes (to see the change in colour, landscape etc).  Not that I'm implying that I'm lazy or anything.....

Good idea. You could compile them at the end possibly in a one off thread.

No, I got side-tracked by other things, although I suspect more may be missed throughout the year!

Tut, tut. You've defaulted on your own idea already....and it's only the 4th of January!!!!

Another idea would be to nest them

That's if I remember, of course

It was only because I was looking at the back garden earlier and thinking how bleak it looked - and how much better it is when everything's in bloom or at least budding etc.  It might be nice to compare the changes over 12 months.
