The UK Gov't or the Scottish Gov't? You'll not answer that.

Feck things are way out of control. Where's the CPS and Procurator Fiscal? They both think they're legitimate Mafioso outfits.

The Lord Advocate of Scotland couldn't confirm today that failure to comply with a search warrant was a criminal offence. Beat that!

It doesn't paint a rosey picture. Throw in Sunak tomorrow with the job interview. At least he's grounded

It is tough to find anyone who inspires enough to want to vote..........guess my Dad has instilled in me that I have no right to complain if I don't

I agree Slim and Velvet  ....but it’s quite a long way to the voting station , and as I don’t drive ....and  as there was no one to take me ...AND I couldn’t vote for any of the options on offer......

You've gotta vote Slim

A meaningless exercise but still.

True Velvet

The centre I worked in (an old converted church in Mancland) was made a polling station for the local elections, plus 1 general & the referendum...we were even there for the British citizens from Venezuela for their election.........can honestly say nearly everyone I spoke to had a feeling of better the devil you know ...no confidence in any of the candidates.

Take the upcoming Scottish election for example. Everything that has come through my door (apart from from the SNP) is ......... 'VOTE FOR US TO STOP THE SNP'.

Now, whether you support the SNP or not, the point is that these other parties not  telling us what they are going to do for the country, all they bang on about is stopping the SNP. So even if you hate the SNP with a passion, how are you supposed to decide who to vote for as no-one is telling you what their policies are!

Very true ....there again even if they do lay out their policy promises, they very often don't keep to them
