It's BST here now. Everyone make it ok, or are you still languishing in GMT?

All the electronic stuff changed itself. I have one digital clock still to change.
So will do that right now

As an aside, in this climate I think the days of wearing a watch are postponed.

You're quite right of course, Velvet, but I must admit I'm still wearing mine!

I'm still working (from home) and attending (virtual) meetings, but of course I'm never far away from the digital clocks on my laptop or mobile.

And if anything, it's a bit of a nuisance as I keep having to take it off for the continual hand-washing.

The thing is, though, that I've been wearing a watch for so long that I almost feel naked if I'm not, and I often catch myself glancing at my bare wrist...

I’m the same, Eugene, I’m lost without my watch.

I used to be lost without my watch, but after several years of NOT wearing a watch at work (NHS policy) and not being able to (skin was annoyed by the engraving on the back) I hardly notice that I'm not wearing it. Still carried it around though - just in case!
