One of my daughters used to drag her "blankie" with her everywhere when she was about 2; She used to get hold of one corner of it at night too, and rub it against her cheek, as she dropped off to sleep!!! aaw! I remember it being dragged around the garden, to the park, on the swings and slides. All dribbled and trodden on. I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. Oh, and I had tears as well but you just HAVE to don't you?
After that is was her first pair of wellington boots!! They were bright red and she LOVED them. I used to let her wear them to bed, coz she got so upset if she had to take them off, it wasnt worth the hassell and upset at bed time. I remember her climbing into bed with these red wellies on !!!
