My thighs went west years ago... the trouble is what do you do? Stay in and have wine, relax and have fun. Eat what you like and enjoy your food or worry all the time about what you weigh, what you eat and how many sessions you do down the gym in a week.
Some people are happy with doing that - I'm not. It's all about personal choice in the end I suppose.

Dontcha all know that just about everyone who posts on here is gorgeous looking, all dress well and are slim, toned and tanned???......and that, of course makes them all better people/potential hms?
Its okay Super - I so am not.  And by the time I have finished this lovely wine and eaten the chilli that is bubbling away in the kitchen I will be even less so.
