They should try full scale psychosis for starters. That was my weapon of choice in the past. Sectioned twice. Two failed suicide attempts - wet knife behind a plug in Warwick General and I thought 100 paracetemol with four litres of white light lightening in half an hour would do it. Dog talking to you saying she's the devil. And that was nothing. Everything was a conspiracy. All media. Hearing things. Seeing things.

Mental health nurses who don't give a feck or are plain evil. One I had lives local. I pulled him up in Tesco Express. Hospitals that are treated as drop in  centres by people who have feck all wrong with them or people trying to get off a charge. You see a consultant once a week and die of boredom. There is no help or answer believe me. It's all right identifying it. I could write a book. Still on risperidone, an anti-psychotic, but I've been alright for a while thankfully.

As for the Royals. They needed a cause and they hijacked this one. Give me a break. Just **** off all you celebs. There's mental health and there's the real thing. Impostors.

The problem is the 'popularising' of mental health issue beyond just raising awareness.

Everyone's so keen to jump on the bandwagon that I foresee it creating apathy for the real sufferers

Define a real sufferer though, for instance you never know I could be having problems and need to talk to someone whilst not being on the same level as  others. There's no knowing what goes on in anyone's life really
