The Westmore Family is a prominent family in Hollywood make-up.
Beginning in 1917 there has been generation after generation of the family.
Monte was Rudolph Valentino's sole make-up artist. He worked on Gone With the Wind. Perc did the grotesque face of Charles Laughton in The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Wally did Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde.

Bud Westmore is credited on over 450 films and television shows, including To Kill a Mockingbird, Man of a Tousand Faces, The Andromeda Strain and Creature from the Black Lagoon.
For almost a century the family have a massive list of credits for film make-up.


The Newman family have similar amazing achievements in the world of music.
Brothers Lionel, Alfred, Emil, nephews Randy Newman, David and Thomas. 
Lionel worked with 20th Century Fox for 46 years, with over 200 film scores to his credit. These included all Marilyn Monroe's films, There's No Business Like Show Business, Love Me Tender, How To Marry a Millionaire, the haunting music for The Proud Ones, and he won an Oscor for Hello Dolly.
Alfred Newman also composed for over 200 films. He won 9 Academy Awards, more than any other composer in Oscar history.
He composed the familiar fanfare which introduces all 20th Century Fox films to this day.
At Fox, Newman also developed what came to be known as the Newman System, a means of synchronising the performance and recording of a musical score with the film. The system is still in use today.
Nephew Randy, is a prolific, writer and performer, with many notable achievements to his credit.
