Reference:  renton I would agree with you if nobody had to travel at christmas - no time is a good time anymore   my Lad had a bad crash in early Jan in the bad spell and he is working with only Christmas day off so get a bit anxious now the weather is turning wintry

Well Aims, still waiting for the refurb to be finished off. But a blokes just been and is coming in this afternoon

A council bloke came round to me the other week and said the bay window wasn't put in right and it needed changing, haven't bliddy seen him since  and i've noticed theres big gaps between the wall and the window where theres not enough putty in the kitchen windows, i stuck a twig in to see how far the hole is and it was about 3 inches deep  don't you just love the council  my neighbour had the old brown wood window frames and she had a new kitchen window put in about 2 years ago and when they came round to put her new double glazed white windows in they wouldn't change the kitchen one as they said it was still new, so she now has odd windows  when she complained they said they would paint it white to match the others


and then this bloke came to paint the gates and garage doors, i've got garage gates and 2 side gates, he only painted the double gates and 1 side gate and when i asked why, he just said i'm not allowed to paint the 3rd gate  my dad reckons he was on day realease from the asylum  and he only painted everyother panel on my neighbours garage

My refurb had come to a halt, so got onto me local councillor a couple of time and it the project manager came yesterday to see what need doing yesterday. A bloke is supposed to be coming in this afternoon to do it all. Aint holding me breath though
Thats a disgrace about your neighbours windows and about your painting too A bunch of bliddy cowboys, if you ask me
