Oh dear. We've just had to try and rescue a fledgling magpie from one of our cats which she brought in through the catflap - poor little creature!

I knew something was up out in the garden 'cos birds aren't normally around at this time of night but all I could hear were magpies creating a helluva row.

I said to my hubby that I reckoned our Suki cat had probably got a bird but he said 'no, not at this time of night'. Maybe it fell out of the nest or was trying to fly for the first time!

It's lost a lot of breast feathers but its wings are fine and intact (or so it seems).

We've popped it an old, large fish tank and, if it hasn't died of shock by tomorrow, we'll take it to our local wildlife sanctuary so they can take care of it.

I thought that was a tight call last night; but clearly SAS had seen enough of Ben. I don’t see either James or Debra as the overall winner; and if their team loses next week, one of them is certain to go.

Given how much money Ignite made, I don’t believe the show did the 3 of them justice – clearly their selling, on the day, was outstanding. It’s a shame really, but I suppose if the edit had shown a true picture of the day – with no rocking horse sale; we would have known the result before the teams went back to the boardroom for the task debriefing.

I still want Kate to win. I believe she has good all-round skills, and has proven herself particularly strong in selling products, and ideas. Yasmina also looks a strong candidate, if the teams were to stay as they are now, even if Empire lost the next 2 tasks, I reckon she would make the final 4.
Cold Sweat
Debra came very close to winning that task for her team last night, and she would have been hailed as a hero. I remember in previous series when one team took a gamble like that on selling the high price item and won and got great praise from Sir Alan and Lorraine would definitely have been fired.
I bet if Debra could have made a call to the owner of the rocking horse, he would have let them sell it for ÂĢ1,500.

But by the same token she failed to discuss discount options with him beforehand to give her any leeway. She was the one who pushed for the rocking horses.

she did more than push for the rocking horses Crazy i think she's full of hot air too busy thinking 3 steps ahead to who she can shift the blame on in the boardroom
