It is week eight, and Sir Alan sets the eight remaining candidates their most challenging task yet. They must use all of their creative and marketing skills to rebrand one of Britain's most enduring tourist attractions - the seaside resort of Margate. Once a jewel of the Kent coast, Margate still has a faded grandeur, but it is up to the teams to bring a much-needed sparkle for the 21st century.

The teams have just two days to produce an eye-catching series of posters and an information-packed leaflet that will attract new tourists to the town. They must then pitch their campaigns to tourism industry experts and to the residents and dignitaries of Margate.

As ever, Nick and Margaret are on hand to keep a watchful eye on proceedings and to report back to Sir Alan, and the sun stops shining for another candidate who finds themsleves in the firing line.

Trailers for this week look very interesting. I'm putting money on a Howard firing, he's been a bit of a chocolate teapot to date Big Grin

BBC 1 9.00 p.m and You're Fired at 10.00 p.m. on BBC 2.

Morning Mrs BBV and Sugarettes! Just saw a clip on GMTV for tonight's show - Kate and Yasmina interviewing male models..... Margaret's reactions are going to be fantastic! Laugh

Brother in law's birthday today so need to pop in there on the way home... how rude would it be to throw a card at him, and rush home to be settled down for 9 p.m.? Wink I will stop long enough to grab a bit cake though....

wavey to all you lovely Sugarettes. Valentine

Sounds like fun having a seaside episode tonight. Smiler

I see Philip has been spreading himself around since being chucked off the show.

Cant remember which Sugarette said he was setting himself up to sell stories to the mags??? But well done to that Sugarette, you are spot on. Smiler So far I have seen him in the NOTW, a photo shoot and interview in Heat, and he was on "This Morning" today.

I ordered some new leggings this morning too. But because my legs are so short I had to order cropped ones to get a normal leg length Big Grin

Thanks again for all your warm wishes and compliments. I had better go and return to normality by making hubbie's supper. He's still not walking for those who wonder why I've gone all subservient after have reconstructive surgery to his femur and no weight bearing for another 4 weeks. Staples and stitches out tomorrow.....ouch!!

I can get him settled in front of the tv but because he can't walk, if I take the remote I can watch whatever I want. Laugh
