I have my mother's Indian brass on display and a few bits that have meaning, πŸ˜‚

and so you should, everyone should be comfortable in their homes whatever anyone else's taste is

I went to my hairdresser's down the street before xmas in her house.  I never would've thought she had a house as dark as that, (dark furniture and curtains and stuff) but hey, that's what she wants

Is it more fashionable to peep out of blinds or nets?

I have blinds in most rooms but a cafe net in the kitchen and a net in the back bedroom. I don't peep, I make it known

I have an enormous kitchen window...had a cafe net until last year, now it's a blind

Having said that, when I look out the kitchen window, all I can see is the extension and garden of the house over the back of me, but when I look out of the front I can see up and down the street when I move the curtains
