They are useless at decorating trees

We always had a real tree , right up to about 8/9 years ago , when it got to much for Mr B to put up 

we always had an artificial one -always have a real one now

I often wonder if the smoking ....and the fact it blocks /narrows arteries etc had anything to do with my mum getting early onset Alzheimer’s

I’m guessing it wouldn’t have helped but, they weren’t aware of the dangers then 

I don’t remember having a turkey in the 60s ....we used to have a chicken....which was a luxury

I think we had a big chicken until the late 60’s/early 70’s, then we had turkey
