 I remember the teats getting cleaned with a bucket of water and a chamois leather cloth before the milking machine was put on - and I think the same water and cloth was used for the whole herd 🙈

I remember my middle son announcing he was going veggie when he was small. The lure of bacon sandwiches soon knocked that on the head.

Mr Y had a pet chicken called Henrietta.

My Dad kept chickens for a while - and a very noisy cockerel
