Off topic I know, pretty~cocoa is that you in your avatar? you are Gorgeous. Smiler

I have wanted to ask the same question for ages, she is beautiful.

I thought that too...the bitch!! Laugh

I asked her a few weeks back if it was her but she didn't respond - if it is her she is absolutely stunning Nod

Isn't it Alesha Dixon? Confused

I thought that too tbh

She only needed a few rough edges smoothed out. Isn't that the point of hiring an apprentice? Taking some impressive raw talent & mould it?

I thought SrrrrrrAlan looked as though he instantly regretted his decision to fire her. I seriously doubt that Debra actually needs SrrrrrAlan to advance her career anyway.

But it's a shame she's not in the final instead of "Teef".

I've loathed Debra for most of this series, but I have to agree with you.
She does have some serious corners to rub off, but she has far more business acumen and brains than either of the other two. She was the stand-out last week in the shopping channel task, which proves she can be personable.
And I honestly think hearing how her colleagues at her current job loathed her will have shaken her up a bit and made her think about her attitude.

Kate is boring, no matter what she says. Even when she's accused of having no personality, she shows no personality when denying it.
I hated her appraisal of other women in business - I think it's more to do with her losing the automatic points for being pretty, in a female environment, that she would get in a group of blokes.

And I honestly don't know what Yasmina is doing there. How much brilliance does it take to ask Mummy for all her money to start a business?
Demantoid
Surrallan has made a biiiiiiig mistake putting those two through to the final.

Yasmina. A woman who fudges her figures, got her Mother to re-mortgage her house to finance her 'building up a business on her own from scratch', doesn't know wtf turnover means and the difference between gross and net and.. on an entirely personal note.. has the freakiest bliddy eyes.

Kate. Yawn.. cop off with a fellow contestant.. dislike working with women.. yawn.. cop off with a fellow contestant.. complain about whingers and moaners while whinging and moaning.. yawn.. trot out what she thinks people want to hear.. yawn.. says alot without saying much at all.. cop off with a fellow contestant.. yawn.

Has he lost his bleedin' marbles? Ok Debra was indeed 6ft tall and 7ft with her mouth open but she had a little something something and she was young enough to chisel off the rough edges. And give her her due.. when she was criticised she took it on board.

Lorraine.. gawd love her.. slightly wiggy with her 'special gifts' but again fire in the belly and some smarts.

James.. hmmm.. nice guy and I'd prefer to see him in the final over either of the two that have made it.

It's alllll wrong.. Shake Head

Only bit I disagree with is James - lovely bloke, a lot more intelligent than he was given credit for, but totally out of his depth in that situation, sorry.

I know you feel me on the scary eyes thing. Ninja

James was a little too regimented corporate methinks.. I think the whole Apprentice thing was a bit of a shocker for him. James was alreet. I don't dislike him and think he is a waaaaay more deserving finalist than Ms Tango (Fake tan) and Ms (Mum's) Cash.

The scary eyes are one thing, but it was also the disappearing lips as the criticism started to soak in..

No. To me she has the look of a determined spoilt Princess, very much used to having her family under her thumb.

The fact that (at 27 years of age) she didn't have the first clue about turnover, net/gross profit or that her trading accounts are a matter of public record, does make me wonder how, exactly, she considers herself to be "business aware".

That's why I wanted Debra in the final against Yasmina. To watch the very savvy (younger) Debra run rings around her.

I'm still convinced SrrrrAlan instantly regretted his decision to let Debra go Nod

Nod I think he regretted it before she was even all the way out the door.
Spot on about Yasmina. I'm still racking my brains to figure out how getting Mummy to 100% bankroll your venture equates with her boast of 'starting from scratch'.

Even on skin condition stakes alone, Debra is the "clear" winner!! Laugh

Saw last year's runner-up Claire (another feisty woman who was robbed) on GMTV this morning and she talked about having met Debra and been blown away by her height, eyes and great skin.

Maybe, Teddy. But although Kate seemingly ticks all the right boxes on paper, in realityu she really is so tediously boring.

The fact that she admitted on camera that she was distracted on that task with Phil should have kept her out of the final, IMO. Who's to say she won't be up for more distraction in future, on company time?........not worth the risk, surely?

Plus, did I mention she is SO tediously boring? Wink Laugh

Oh be fair, it's hardly her fault. Siralan's hardly king of complexions is he.

I didn't say it was her fault. It's the camera crew's fault Laugh

He does appear to somewhat favour Kate so looks like the job is 'in the bag' for her.

Debra cannot be ignored, can she, Deamn? I never thought I'd warm to this girl as much as I have. And I'm sure she'll trail blaze her way right through life Cool

Did Claire say what she's working on these days?

Obviously! Laugh
Which is probably also why she didn't have a clue about turnover, net and gross Laugh

Who hasn't tried to cover up at some point (even me).

Maybe I'm over-sensitive today... I have a carbuncle the size of St. Pauls on my forehead. Going to steam the bejesus out of it at the gym.

I hate having acne and what with the bags under the eyes and the wrinkles I just can't afford the room.

And there isn't enough trowel-loads of slap in the world to disguise the fact that Kate definitely ain't got it Laugh

Pleasant & pretty enough girl. But a human vacuum..........

I had to leave the house, so I didn't see. But I heard Karren Brady gave her a job last year. At the time, she told Srralan if he didn't employ her, she would.

I think she did for a bit but it didn't work out or soemthing. Not sure what she's doing now.

Siralan likes blondes, he chose Dewbury over the infinatly more capable Badger. I expect a complete re-run.
