Hi Liverpool L, I had the opposite experience to you, I was the only female manager working with 8 male managers. I am sorry to hear that What they did was disgraceful! I can only go by the experiences I have had, as all of us can and the worst experiences (for me), were working with women. I know that what you experienced does go on and it is not right or fair that it does. Personally, I've not experienced that whilst working with men and most of them have been respectful. I worked in an office once with a load of ex-army/navy/air force men and at times the air was blue - but I just laughed it off and got on with my job.
