yeah.. but I spent six months wondering why my Dublin counterpart hated me... and she's actually lovely.  She sounds like a shrew though.

Not always,  I worked with  a guy from the rural south and when he came back from visiting home nobody could understand a word he said.  Was very strong accent.

Not always,  I worked with  a guy from the rural south and when he came back from visiting home nobody could understand a word he said.  Was very strong accent.

But was it soft or harsh?...there are always variations in dialect, Eammon Holmes is from NI and his accent is soft, whereas there are quite a few on television that are really harsh
