I wonder if people’s insurance covers all these treatments , or whether they have to find the money themselves 

not sure - especially if there is a cheaper option available - but could claim  if its an accident and pay the rest themselves

Yes, I’m sure any insurance would only cover the cheapest option

Oh , that’s not too bad then But I’m guessing that shoulder replacement would be over 10k .....although I could be wrong
