I have just been shopping 😱

not in person, my daughter had me on fb video messenger,  it was lovely going up and down the aisles πŸ˜€

That's a nice way to do it.

I do the shopping for an at-risk family, and I wind up having lots of text conversations when a substitute product might be required. Takes a lot of time to shop that way.

Brilliant idea Machel

I write a list but it is general just cheese, ham etc and then as she shops I can be more specific,  I can do the substitution and I pay by transferring money to her account. Both daughters are being brilliant during this lockdown

My eldest daughter is manager of a local coop, she was coughed at by a shoplifter just before the lockdown ,  the staff donated β€œlunches” to staff at the local hospital (this was the staff not the coop who are good to the local community)

That’s disgusting. If they catch that shoplifter they should sew their mouth up

Well done to the staff for their generosity of that donation of lunches which I’m sure would have been most welcome

Our last light bulb went pop

Our gas fire has stopped working

Our cooker knob has snapped off

And my Mum's adapted bed has broken so we can't adjust it

Omg Renton  Can you get any of it fixed ? You should be able to get light bulbs . Funnily enough one of my cooker knobs snapped off last week ....luckily it’s not one I use much .
