Just one letter, lower case 'm' to upper case 'M'  

 

 

Everyone uses Moonie, even I do myself 

 

I think there was someone on the old C4 forum with almost the same name, hence moonie with a lower case 'm'

Moonie, I think it would still be advisable for the developers to find out what is causing this problem in case it affects other people.

It could be that the problem is caused by moonie and Moonie appearing to be the same so confuses things.

Quick fix could be change moonie to Mooonie, then Mooonie to Moonie

El Loro is right, Moonie: there's no reason why it shouldn't work, and we need to find what's up with that.

 

There doesn't appear to BE another Moonie, regardless of capitalization, or I could solve the problem. 

 

We'll get to the bottom of it, one way or the other.

Yes, but first, this:

 

 

You can change your email address in your profile: up top, there, under Manage, choose Your Account, then Update Your Profile. There's a little edit icon next to your email address. Click that, and you'll be able to change your email (note that you'll need to verify with your password, first.) Once you're done, click Update Profile at the bottom of the page.

When you say "verify with your password" do you mean with my forum password or my current email addy password??
