The six teams through have to create 24 kouign-amann and soaked babas for the first challenge. Kouign-amann are from Britanny - kouign is Breton for cake and amann for butter.

Second challenge is a sugar showpiece inspired by insects - expect lots of them disintegrating.

One of the six goes with five through to next week's quarter-finals.
